Picture this - you plug numbers into your physics equation, and now you have one variable left that you want to find. But... how do you find it? How do you take all that math and move it around so you can get the answer you want?

We use what we learned in algebra: rearranging, simplifying and solving equations for unknown variables. Once you've learned it and had a lot of practice, it's something you don't even think about. But many of us can get stuck when working through physics problems because we either forget or haven't had enough practice solving equations.

This lesson will cover how we use algebra and the order of operations to simplify and solve equations. This is something that's involved in almost every physics problem, so let's make sure we have a good understanding of it.
